You Love Me For My Soul

Others love me for my being

For my wealth, health and glory,

For my every other thing

But you love me for my soul.

Others desert me in sorrow and distress,

In want and passionate pursuits;

In going beyond hopes and fears

But you abide in me for ever.

I don’t care the wrath of the world,

The wrongs of men and women alike;

I shall walk in fire for you

Though unseen you are with me.

From the mountains I will declare

That I love you and You alone;

As no one else under the sun

Shall prove that with my blood and soul.

POOR DEVOTEE

Fly far away if you will

I shall sing hymns and praise

Till we meet in the wings of time

For your safety and well being.

If ever you get a moment free

Amidst the crazy race of life,

Think of a poor devotee then

Washing feet in tears always.

Obedient one like Abraham

I shall remain for all the times,

Making garlands with my sighs

From the furnace of a burning soul.

            This is the analysis of rhetoric figures in the Indian and Western traditions (A Linguistic Stylistic Study). It is the Ph. D thesis submitted to Mahatma Gandhi University in 1994. This was first published in book form by the Comparative Literature & Study Center, Marthoma College, Thiruvalla in 1999. This book is an elaborate study on Alankara Sasthra of both Indian and Western traditions. It was released by Dr. Jancy James, the then Director of Comparitive Literature Center, Kerala University Thiruvananthapuram by presenting the first copy to Prof. Thumpamon Thomas at a special function arranged at Mar Thoma College, Thiruvalla. It was the first publication of CLRSC

Super Souls Revisited

This is a pioneering fiction in the inter faith genre. Dr. Karickam tells the story of an interstellar journey which leads the protagonist to numerous planets in the Universal phantasmagoria. During this expedition the hero meets all the founders of the major religions of the world, in addition to the founding fathers of philosophy. There ensues a penetrating dialogue with many of the personalities who revolutionized the world.

          The hero encounters numerous categories of inhabitants of other planets, both superior and inferior. Unbelievable characters parade before us and the reading experience becomes a thaumaturgical process.

                   This is the story of the journey of the soul and its maturation. It also proposes an agenda for the re-creation of our planet that is on the verge of destruction. The alarming nature of a volatile world is pictured before us. It is like watching an enchanting movie.

          This book is dedicated to URI Travelling Peace Academy and Bishop William Swing, founder of United Religions Initiative. The book was released by Dr. Philipose Mar Chrysostom Valiya Metropolitan by presenting the first copy to Rev C. I Geevarghese at a special function arranged at KIPS on 20^th January 2012. The book is published by Cosmic Community Center.

Independence Day Celebrations and Annual Sports Meet at KIPS

Students of KIPS collected 54000 rupees for Santhvanam Cancer Care Centre and IPRI Institute. The amount for Santhvnam was handed over to Thomas P. Malachi and Babu Oommen ( Santhvanam President and Secretary) by K. G. Krishankumar (former Senior Manager of Canara Bank) on 15^th August, during Independence Day celebrations. Sarah Puliazhikathu won first prize and Smera Pradeep came second in highest individual collection. Standard V emerged topper among all the classes. Cissy Daniel and Shiny P. John are class teachers of Std. V. congratulations.
