Biography of Sri K. C. Mathew Valakom - ഒരു കര്മ്മയോഗിയുടെ കാല്പാടുകൾ 

    Mr. K. C. Mathew (Vilayil, Valakom) was a fountain of inspiration for hundreds of his disciples, who worked with him in various organizations like All Kerala Balajana Sakhyam, YMCA, Y's Men’s Club, and Bharat Sevak Samaj and so on. He was a selfless social worker who struggled untiringly for the benefit of humanity irrespective of all discriminations.

                                    As a teacher who won both State and National Awards, he was a role model for each and every one. So many of his disciples are serving in different parts of the world in excellent capacities. The International Centre for Study and Development is a glorious example of his life and work . He will live forever in the minds of numerous of his followers forever.

     The story of his life is narrated in this biography which was published by ICSD Valakom in 2005.

Valuable Thoughts

Interfaith Students' Movement Executive Council meeting at KIPS , 12th October 2013.

The Executive Committee meeting of the URI- Interfaith Movement was held at Karickom International Public School on 12^th October, 2013. The Meeting began with prayer at 2.30 P.M. Prof. John Kurakar, Chairman of the India- Sri-Lanka Region presided. Prof. Abraham Karickom inaugurated the meeting. Dr. Samuel Nellikadu, Prof. P.K Varghese, Afna Jaleeb Greshma P. Raju, Mr. Nithyandan .C Mr. Babu Oomman, Mr. Sajan Koshy, Lubina. S also spoke on the occasion. The executive Committee decided to conduct One Day Leadership camp on 23^rd November, 2013 at Karickom International Public School.  The meeting formed a four-member Organising committee includes Sajan Koshy, Babu Oomman, Afna and Greeshma Raju. Prof. P.K Varghese expressed vote of thanks.

SHE BECKONS ME

She beckons me from the distant shore

I die to be one with my severed half;

She is glorious, she is mute,

Making me a fool, treading a deadly course.

My eyes don’t reach her, useless empty balls,

My words can’t soothen her, a lifeless futile tongue;

Even my mighty mind which rounds the rotten globe,

Fails to contact her, in her chamber closeted.

Beauteous even beyond that which is untold,

 such is my sweetie, differing from what ev’r known;

What is this curse that keeps us ever apart,

Which ev’r Durvasa spied her in her dreams?
