All papers should be carried while Driving

Fine for Four Wheeler 

Without Seat Belt                 Rs. 1000
Without PUC                        Rs. 1500
Without insurance.              Rs. 10000
Without papers                     Rs. 5000 and confiscated Vehicle release in court

Without licence.                   Rs. 10000 and vehicle confiscated.
    
All papers should be ready while Driving

Talking on Mobile while driving Rs. 5000
